I have lived in Raleigh for 30 years and have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I began by teaching group fitness and yoga, then later found that I really enjoyed helping people one on one and began personal training. I received my Certifications from American Council on Exercise, AFAA (Athletic & Fitness Association of America), IFTA International Fitness Trainers of America, with special certifications in TRX, Spin and Special Populations, Pre & Postnatal. I have experience working with such wide range of people from teens to seniors, athletes to the morbidly obese, and helping many friends and couples get in shape together. I love the energy, power and excitement from teaching group fitness, but really enjoy watching my clients change and grow through their fitness journey.

Stuart continues to train and compete in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Obstacle Course Races. He has a passion for helping people create a healthy lifestyle, cultivate a connection to their body and to move with integrity and intention.

Stuarts training style and group classes generally focus on building functional strength and athletic conditioning; as well as kickboxing, core strength and stability.
Hilary has always enjoyed being active and spent a lot of her time growing up playing field hockey, basketball and lacrosse. She is a former Division I College Field Hockey player and All-American.
Hilary is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Youth Exercise. She has found that personal training is a great way to connect with new people and help them achieve their health and fitness goals. Her clients have included serious athletes as well as people who are new to working out. She understands that fitness looks and feels different for everyone and there is nothing better than working with clients on determining their focus whether it is strength, high intensity training, weight loss, mobility or running!
Always on the hunt for a new fitness challenge, she has tried a Half Ironman, is currently training for the Boston Marathon and is in pursuit of the ever challenging pull up! In her spare time, you can find Hilary with her husband, Alex and twins, Miller and Campbell or on the tennis court!
My passion for training began with weight training classes in high school. Learning from other trainers, fitness enthusiasts and my own continued education, I have evolved my childhood interest into my life's passion. My goal is to continue to expand and share my knowledge with all of my clients. I look forward to working closely with each individual to help them achieve their goals.

every minute of it. Her true passion is working with people of all abilities, helping them to find a balance of healthy living. "Working out is not just looking good on the outside. it's feeling great on the inside too!" She keeps her classes ever changing, fresh and challenging you to reach your personal best. Outside of work she competes in West Coast Swing Dance, plays tennis, swims and volunteers in Wake Co.
I started in the fitness industry teaching group fitness and am certified in various formats including Personal Training, TRX and PiYo, which focuses on strength and flexibility.
I've always been active and enjoyed sports, but my fitness journey began after I had my 2nd child.
It was a great feeling to become stronger than I was even before my kiddos. It became my mission to help other women to become their best versions and realize how much they are capable of doing. I wake up everyday excited and look forward to the time I spend with my clients and as a trainer, I love being able to create fun, challenging workouts tailored to each person, it makes me so happy to see clients trying new things and getting stronger everyday.

and extremely effective environment, tailoring the needs and goals of each individual client.
